** Due to MIT’s Covid protocols, reception attendees must present a “Tim Ticket” at the door of the reception for entrance.
To register for a Tim Ticket:
Click this link. You will be taken to MIT’s Tim Tickets website. Follow the steps below to complete your Tim Ticket registration.
Non-MIT Community members (including alumni who do NOT have a current MIT id)
- Click or tap on Visitor.
- Enter your mobile number and click Send OTP to receive a one-time PIN code via SMS.
- Enter the PIN code you received and tap Login.
- Enter your contact details and complete the health attestation.
- The app will display a QR code you can present to check in to the event.
MIT Community members (those who participate in COVID PASS)
MIT community members who participate in COVID PASS are not issued Tim Tickets. A COVID PASS member will check in by presenting a barcode on the back of their MIT ID card or from their MIT Atlas mobile app profile, provided all campus access testing and attestation requirements are met at least 30 minutes prior to the event check-in.
