I entered university as a kid who just loved chemistry, with no real idea what "engineering" actually entailed. As my studies progressed, what hooked me was discovering the fundamental sciences that underpin and define the field of chemical engineering: it is a beautifully coherent discipline that gives us chemical engineers a unique analytical edge to tackle complex problems at scale.

Why I like teaching
For me, teaching is just my way of sharing my own passion for learning. I love helping students unlock new skills and stretch how they think. But the best part is how much I end up picking up from them! They always bring new perspectives that make me a way better teacher, and probably a better person, too.
